Regional Medical Center in Tifton, GA. Funeral services will be held on

Coverdale with interment to follow at the Church Cemetery. Rev. Plezy Nelson,

Mr. Clark was born on February 5, 1955, in Turner County, He went to Turner
County Public School System. He was an auto dealer at an auto dealership in
Turner County. He was a member of New Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.
Survivors include companion, Diane Wilson; four daughters, Shared R. Gowns,
Jasshon C Gowns, Erica Eilson, and Sharese Taylor, all of Ashburn; four sons,
Raphiel Clark, Quinton Newberry, Damarcus Wilson and Germaine Wilson, all of
Ashburn; four sisters, Ethel B. Rivers of Ashburn, Dorothy Brown of
Melbourne, FL, Mary Grace Clark of Atlanta, and Christine Tukes of Tifton;
four brothers, Jimmie Clark of Melbourne, FL, Sammie Lee Clark, Rammon Clark,
both of Ashburn, and Melvin Clark of Coulumus, GA; and elevin grandchildren.

William Glenn Moncus
AMERICUS Mr. William Glenn Moncus, 50, of 216 Bainsbury Lane, Summerville,
SC, died on Monday, July 7, at Trident Medical Center in Charleston. Born June
2, 1958, in Albany, Georgia, Mr. Moncus was the son of the late Carlton Glenn
Moncus & Mary Kirkland Moncus. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in
Albany, & was a mechanic & machine operator at Knights Redi-Mix. He was an
avid hunter & fisherman, & loved his family. Mr. Moncus was a member of the
Sons of Confederate Veterans.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Lisa Moncus of Summerville, SC; a
daughter, Jennifer Nicole Moncus of Summerville, & a son, William Christopher
Moncus of Summerville; 2 sisters & brothers-in-law, Trudie M. & Grayson L.
Griffin of Sylvester, GA, & Kristy & Andy Wise of Gulport, Mississippi; uncles
& aunts, Elise Kirkland, Norman & Barbara Kirkland, Donna Kirkland, Foye &
Reba Moncus, & Mary Hart; nieces & nephews, Julian & Aileen Griffin, Ethan
Lake Griffin, Philip & Samantha Griffin, Sarah Griffin, Andrew Wise, & Aundrea
Wise; a brother-in-law & his wife, Kevin & Wanda Huffmaster; & a number of
cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 AM Saturday morning, July 12, from
the chapel of Hancock Funeral Home, with Rev. Paul Wilkes officiating. The
vocalist will be Tim Christie, accompanied by pianist Cheryl Pittman. Burial
will follow in Lebanon Cemetery in Plains. A visitation will be held Friday
night, July 11, from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at Hancock Funeral Home. Memorials
may made to the American Cancer Society.

PELHAM Ralph G. Singletary, 83, of Camilla Retirement Center, in Camilla
formerly of Lee County, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at Mitchell County
Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2008, at 11 a.m.
at Thundering Springs Baptist Church in Leesburg. Interment will follow at
Midway Baptist Church Cemetery in Meigs at 1 p.m. The Rev Calvin King will
officiate.
Pallbearers include, Frank Singletary, Gene Singletary, Rodney Singletary,
Matthew Andrews, Josh Tucker, and Bobby Luke.
Honorary pallbearers include, Autry Brooks, Preston Tucker and Gary Palmer.
Mr. Singletary was born on May 11, 1925 in Thomas County, to Early Reese and
Ruth Roberts Singletary. He was married to Katy Adkins Singletary. He worked
as a carpenter/construction. He was a World War II Veteran, he served in the
Army and was stationed in Italy. He received a Purple Heart award. He was a
member of Thundering Springs Baptist Church for 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and two brothers, Hugh
Singletary and Hal Singletary and two sister Era Singletary and Edna
Singletary.
Survivors include two brothers, Terry Singletary of Ochlocknee, GA and Jerry
Singletary of Panama City Beach, FL; two sisters, Louise Etheredge of Newton,
and Satsie Mayne Luke of Warwick; and loved by many nieces and nephews.

BLAKELY Pearcie Sheffield Wilkerson, 91, of of Edison, died on Tuesday,
July 8, 2008, at Palmyra Medical Center in Albany.
Funeral service will be held Friday, July 11, 2008, at 11 a.m. at New Light
Free Will Baptist Church with interment to follow in Church Cemetery. Rev.
David Crowdis and Rev. Jackie Williams will officiate.
Pallbearer include Mark Wilkerson, Al Sudderth, Timmy Ware, Jason Worthy,
Matthew Regan, Shaun McGee, Scott Eubanks and Johnny McGee. Honorary
pallbearers include Deacons of Enterprise Baptist Church. Mrs. Wilkerson was
born on August 5, 1916 in Baker County. She was a homemaker, and was a member
of Enterprise Baptist Church.
She was preceded in in death by her parents, Celius Sheffield, and Chloe
Rebecca Bush Sheffield, her husband, George William Wilkerson and one son
William Larry Wilkerson.
Survivors include two daughters, Levon Redding and husband John of Monroe,
and Judy Herrington and husband, Frank of Georgetown; two sons, Jimmy
Wilkerson and wife Betty Ann of Albany, and George Wilkerson of Edison; one
sister Lucille Sheffield Craft and husband Austin of Patmos; four
grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Enterprise Baptist Church.
Family will receive friends Thursday Night from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
