PHOTOS: About 700 runners come out for Combos Marathon & Half Marathon

The 18th annual marathon and half marathon showcased Albany to runners from around the country and around the world on Saturday. Runners seemed to have a great experience on Saturday, taking advantage of the relatively flat course and overcast weather that kept things cool.
