PHOTOS: Lotus convenience store emerges from storm-damaged building

There was a celebration in Dougherty County on Wednesday of the grand opening of a 1000 Liberty Expressway convenience store. The building was damaged in a January 2017 tornado and vacant for years. The new owners started renovating the building in 2022.
