Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Caramel Club Bars

CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER AND CARAMEL CLUB BARS
What you need…
45 Club Crackers
1 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
1 cup peanut butter chips
What you do…
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or microwave
Line an 8-by-8-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray
Place 15 crackers in the bottom of the pan
Sprinkle 1/2 cup peanut butter chips on crackers
Melt butter and sugar in medium saucepan on medium heat
Stir constantly for four minutes, until a bubbly, smooth, creamy caramel forms
Pour 1/2 or so of the caramel over peanut butter chips
Add another layer of crackers, peanut butter chips and caramel
Top with one final layer of crackers then spread with melted chocolate
