ALBANY — Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital officials say that, at 10 a.m. each day, leaders from every department in the hospital gather for a patient safety huddle to make sure staff on the front line of care have the resources, equipment and support needed to offer the best possible care. Phoebe is reinforcing its commitment to safety during National Patient Safety Week, which runs through Saturday.
