ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 25 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Criminal trespass on the 2200 block of Walter Brown Drive, the 200 block of Thornton Drive, the 2300 block of Gail Avenue, the 500 block of Springfield Drive, the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 200 block of Pine Bluff Road and the 1200 block of South Madison Street;
— Thefts by taking on the 100 block of Constitution Court, the 100 block of Thornton Drive, the 1700 block of Malone Drive and the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
— Interfering with officers on the 800 block of West Highland Avenue;
— Entering autos on the 200 block of Philema Road and the 3900 block of Rodnor Forest Lane;
— Armed robbery on the 500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Battery on the 700 block of North Davis Street, the 300 block of Grant Place and the 1200 block of South Cleveland Street;
— Theft by deception on the 100 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Missing persons on the 1500 block of Georgia Avenue and the 800 block of Cotton Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 200 block of West Society Avenue, the 900 block of Leisure Court and the 500 block of Dorsett Avenue;
— Burglary on the 500 block of West Fourth Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least eight calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Traffic stop on the 3500 block of Spring Flats Road;
— Suspicious person on the 4700 block of Clewiston Lane;
— Unwanted guest on the 4300 block of Radium Springs Road;
— Criminal trespass on the 2300 block of the Liberty Expressway and the 400 block of Philema Road;
— Entering auto on the 1600 block of the Liberty Expressway;
— Juvenile problem on the 2300 block of the Liberty Expressway;
— Suspicious auto on the 2400 block of Antioch Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least one call on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Arcing electrical on the 1600 block of Worrell Avenue.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 49 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included four chest pain calls, five respiratory issue calls, one abdominal pain call, one allergy call, one lift assist call, one choking call, one stroke call, three diabetic issue calls, two labor issue calls, two seizure calls and 15 general sickness calls. Trauma calls included two auto accidents, four falls, three lacerations, one gunshot victim and one heat/cold exposure. Other types of calls included one standby for APD and one medical alert activation.
