ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 27 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Entering automobiles on the 1200 block of West Oakridge Drive and the 700 block of Holloway Avenue;

— Criminal trespass on the 1900 block of Dawson Road, the 900 block of Willow Wood Drive, the 700 block of West Broad Avenue, the 1000 block of Randolph Street and the 200 block of North Broadway Street;

— First-degree burglary on the 900 block of West Whitney Avenue;

— Second-degree burglaries on the 2300 block of Whispering Pines Road, the 200 block of South Jackson Street and the 1200 block of Sixth Avenue;

— Disorderly conduct on the 1700 block of Avalon Avenue and the 1100 block of Avalon Avenue;

— Thefts by taking on the 200 block of West Third Avenue, the 1500 block of North Monroe Street and the 1200 block of West Waddell Avenue;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 2800 block of Nottingham Way;

— Theft by deception on the 1300 block of East Gordon Avenue;

— Simple assault, family violence on the 800 block of West Gordon Avenue;

— Simple battery, family violence on the 1500 block of East Residence Avenue and the 2600 block of Gillionville Road;

— Simple battery on the 1600 block of Northwood Drive;

— Battery on the 1800 block of East Broad Avenue;

— Child in need of services on the 200 block of Enterprise Drive;

— Open container on the 600 block of Swift Street;

— Aggravated stalking on the 2600 block of Partridge Drive;

— Animal complaint on the 1500 block of Fifth Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 13 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Traffic control on the 100 block of North County Line Road;

— Contact persons on the 4000 block of Radium Springs Road, the 3500 block of Leary Road and the 4900 block of Van Cise Lane;

— Entering automobiles on the 3300 block of Sweetbriar Road and the 2700 block of Astoria Drive;

— Suspicious person on the 600 block of Byron Plantation Road;

— Burglar alarms on the 3000 block of Lonesome Road, the 2100 block of the Liberty Expressway Southeast and the 5100 block of Old Dawson Road;

— Escort on the 5700 block of Newton Road;

— Deceased person on the 400 block of Poinciana Avenue;

— Miscellaneous call at the intersection of Gillionville Road and Abigail Plantation Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least seven calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Assist police on the 2100 block of McAdams Road and the 2100 block of West Gordon Avenue;

— Animal rescue on the 500 block of Edgewood Lane;

— Alarm system activation on the 2600 block of McCoy Lane;

— Building fire on the 100 block of North County Line Road;

— Brush or brush-and-grass mix fires on the 1000 block of East Society Avenue and the 500 block of Swift Street.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 49 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included six chest pain calls, seven respiratory issue calls, 13 general sickness calls, two fainting calls, one altered mental status call, one stroke call, one diabetic issue call, two seizure calls, one abdominal pain call, one allergic reaction call, one suicide attempt and two cardiac arrest calls. Trauma calls included four auto accident calls, one fall, one laceration, one assault and one fire call. Other calls included one local transport and two medical alert activations.
