Dougherty County Democrats to host candidates in Saturday political forum

ALBANY – The Dougherty County Democratic Committee will hold the second of three planned local political forums on Saturday.
The forum will be held from 5-7 p.m. at the (former) Albany High School cafeteria.
Saturday’s program will feature candidates in the Dougherty County Commission and School Board races, judgeships races and Georgia House District 153.
The candidates will have the opportunity to present their platforms, and those in competitive contests will field questions from a moderator and the audience.
The general primary election will be held on May 21, and the general election is Nov. 5.
