ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 23 calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:
— Aggravated stalking on the 2300 block of Pearce Avenue;
— Theft by taking on the 100 block of Garden Hill Drive, the 600 block of Albert Court, the 400 block of Heard Avenue and the 2800 block of Palmyra Road;
— Burglaries on the 1500 block of Malone Drive, the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive, the 1100 block of Fifth Avenue and the 900 block of Ninth Avenue;
— Battery on the 1600 block of Newton Road, the 2200 block of Habersham Road and the 200 block of South Davis Street;
— Entering automobile on the 1000 block of East Fourth Avenue;
— Theft by deception on the 1600 block of Whiting Drive;
— Child in need of services on the 2100 block of South Jackson Street;
— Disorderly conduct on the 100 block of North Jackson Street, the 600 block of Johnson Road, the 1400 block of Palmyra Road, the 2000 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 900 block of Willow Wood Drive;
— Scavenging prohibited on the 700 block of Summit Drive;
— Simple battery on the 1000 block of Dunes Avenue and the 1200 block of Blaylock Street.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least three calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:
— Auto accidents on the 700 block of Liberty Expressway Southeast and at the intersection of Mock Road and Moultrie Road;
— Family violence on the 2300 block of Foxfire Drive.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least three calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:
— Motor vehicle accident on the 700 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Grass fire on the 5900 block of Gillionville Road;
— EMS assistance on the 600 block of Woodhaven Lane.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Reports from the Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service were unavailable on Thursday.
