If you are considering getting a dog for yourself or someone else for Christmas, please wait till after the holidays. It’s not fair to put them in a situation with too many people, too much activity, etc. They don’t need such stress.

Squawker, you can’t lie about speaking for all of America because most of the world is not laughing at Al Gore.

Regrettably, the moniker “fake Christians” is applicable to many of us who identify ourselves as Christians. We point to our observance of religious rules and rituals as evidence of this. Sadly enough, we only want to be close enough to Jesus to get all the benefits, but not so close that it requires anything from us.

As each new storm comes through our region and more and more homes and families are devastated, maybe — just maybe — some of these Chicken Little politicians will get their heads out of the sand and do something about climate change.

Hundreds of thousands of our kids are separated from their military parents not knowing if they will ever see them again and the media is only concerned with the 2,000 kids of illegal immigrants temporary separated.

That Trump is such a liar. Why can’t he be like the guy who told us Benghazi was caused by a video, migrant caravans coming up through Mexico are just women and children, and if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor.

When I was growing up, if something tragic happened in your life, you dealt with it and moved on. If something tragic happens to today’s generation they are offered counseling in order to deal with it. God forbid what this generation’s children will be like.

The Democrats’ new thing is to say something vile or threatening to someone or about someone and when they get called on it, they apologize for it. Who would believe the apology? I don’t believe the apology is sincere or meant to be. They have said what they wanted to say.

Buyer beware, these local corporate eyewear businesses will take you and your insurance to the cleaners. Get your written prescription and shop around, you will save big money.

Will someone please tell me who is who in all these yelping politicians in Washington.

People are blaming the lazy for getting too much free stuff again. Blame the Republicans in charge for being too busy protecting Trump to stop wasting taxpayers’ money.

The problem with the auto industry today is that all the CEOs are highly-educated idiots.

Some people think education is the key to stopping crime. But most criminals don’t want education.

When we have severe weather, we need experienced meteorologists giving us information, not some rookie.

I wonder if anyone would mind if a football player came with the caravan of immigrants and came to play football for the University of Georgia. I don’t think so.
