Virginia safety Chris Moore will play his final season of college football at Georgia State.

As a graduate transfer, Moore is eligible to play immediately for the Panthers.

Moore, a Virginia native, appeared in 39 games (11 starts) for the Cavaliers and had 97 tackles and an interception. Last season, he made 42 tackles, including 12 against Duke on Oct. 19.

He missed the 2018 season after suffering a preseason injury.
