ALBANY, Ga. — Albany police responded to at least 20 incidents Wednesday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Deceased person on the 1600 block of Gadsden Drive;

— Runaway child on the 600 block of Sands Drive;

— Criminal damage, theft of copper, on the 100 block of South Davis Street;

— Theft by taking a bicycle on the 200 block of Philema Road;

— Theft by taking a laptop computer on the 600 block of 16th Avenue;

— Criminal damage to property; gunshots fired at a car and house, one spent round found on the 1200 block of Stuart Avenue;

— Entering an auto on the 500 block of Don Cutler Drive;

— Criminal trespass (domestic violence) on the 1600 block of West Highland Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least nine calls Thursday, according to reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Traffic crash on the 3300 block of Clark Avenue;

— Investigation of a driver who tried to force another driver off the road on the Liberty Expressway.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Emergency medical services responded to 88 calls on Thursday. There were 43 medical calls, 38 trauma calls and seven others. Medical calls included nine chest pains, four respiratory problems, two faints, two altered mental state, two diabetic complaints, one seizure, one mental problem, one cardiac arrest, one allergic reaction, one stroke symptom and 16 various medical. Trauma calls included 30 vehicle crash injuries.

ALBANY FIRE: Albany firefighters responded to 15 calls Thursday including a tractor-trailer axle fire, a structure fire with $15,000 damages, a vacant house fire, two EMS assists, three active alarms, a vehicle crash, a carbon monoxide alarm, a water leak and unattended cooking, which resulted in $1,000 in damages.
