ALBANY, Ga. — Albany police responded to at least 30 incidents Monday into the early hours of Tuesday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Financial transaction card theft, stolen cards used to purchase items on the 700 block of Ninth Avenue;

— Recovered property, billfolds, financial, library and identity cards on the 500 block of Longbow Drive;

— Forgery, a bogus $100 bill on the 1200 block of Westover Boulevard;

— Missing person, juvenile on the 700 block of East Town Road;

— Entering auto on the 300 block of South Shadowlawn Drive;

— Felony theft by taking, internal theft at a business on the 700 block of North Westover Boulevard;

— Forgery on the 2400 block of Sylvester Road;

— Statutory rape call, no other information available;

— Burglary on the 2400 block of Alberson Drive;

— Domestic (unfounded) on the 100 block of South Harding Street;

— Battery (domestic violence) on the 2000 block of North Harding Street, the 1200 block of 11th Avenue and the 200 block of Gillionville Road.

DOUGHERTY POLICE:

Dougherty County police responded to at least 18 calls, according to available police reports.

Police responded to incidents including:

— Theft of $330 of a radiator, three rims and tires on the 3500 block of Sylvester Road;

— Animal call on the 2600 block of Homestead Avenue. Two pit bulls got loose from a yard and a man said, “he had to shoot the dogs as they were trying to attack his chickens;”

— Family violence on the 4000 block of Edith Drive;

— Auto crash with minor injuries on the 5200 block of Radium Springs Road.

LEE SHERIFF:

Lee County deputies responded to at least Three calls, according to police reports.

Deputies responded to incidents including:

— Wanted person on the 100 block of Fussell Road.

ALBANY FIRE:

Albany firefighters responded to 17 calls including:

— A $3,500 structure fire at a two-story vacant apartment building, EMS assist, vehicle crash clean up, five false alarms, two activated alarms, unattended cooking, two unauthorized burns, transformer short, two trash fires and a vehicle fire.
