ALBANY — Albany police responded to at least 31 incidents Thursday into the early hours of Friday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Forgery on the 900 block of Slappey Boulevard;

— Entering autos on the 1700 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 600 block of Gaines Avenue and the 300 block of South Jackson Street;

— Felony theft by taking an empty 53-foot refrigerator trailer from the 2100 block of Newton Road;

— Felony theft by taking on the 700 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Misdemeanor theft by taking two cases of 40-ounce Budweiser Light beer from a trailer on the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Injured persons on the 1200 block of Estelle Road and the 200 block of Thornton Drive, where a woman fell off a second-floor balcony after drinking;

— Burglaries on the 1600 block of Gardener Drive, the 600 block of Chippington Court and the 1700 block of Malone Drive;

— Terroristic threats on the 2000 block of Schley Avenue;

— Violation of a family violence restraining order on the 2200 block of Beachview Drive;

— Deceased person on the 1100 block of Swift Street;

— Sexual battery on the 400 block of West Society Avenue;

— Assaults (family violence) on the 1600 block of Whiting Drive, the 400 block of Hudson Lane and the 2600 block of South Jackson Street;

— Battery and criminal trespass (family violence) on the 1400 block of Avalon Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 19 calls Thursday, according to reports. Police responded to incidents including:

— Police arrested two residents of the Suburban Mobile Home Park for stealing electric power from Mitchell EMC on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road. Christopher Lee Tedesco, 28, and Angela Marie Balko, 32, were in Dougherty County Jail facing misdemeanor charges of theft of services and theft by receiving stolen property Friday at 5 p.m., a jail spokeswoman said;

— Traffic crash on the 1700 block of Moultrie Road;

— Burglary on the 3200 block of Station Drive.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Emergency Medical Services responded to 66 calls on Thursday. There were 48 medical calls, 12 trauma calls and six other calls. Medical calls included two chest pains, four respiratory problems, nausea/vomiting, one heat-related call, two altered mental states, one diabetic complaint, three seizures, two obstetrics calls, three mental problems, seven miscellaneous pain calls, two cardiac arrests and 21 various medical issues. Trauma calls included four vehicle crash injuries, one pedestrian accident, five falls and two lacerations.

ALBANY FIRE: Albany firefighters responded to 10 calls Thursday, including two cardiac arrests, a public service call, an electrical short, CPR given to an unresponsive home occupant, power line down, EMS assist, railroad boxcar fire, front porch fire and an activated alarm.
