Atlanta— The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets trailed most of the game Sunday afternoon, but came from behind to beat Coastal Carolina 10-8 and earn the change to play Auburn again Sunday night.

Down 7-4 going into the seventh inning, the Jackets scored five runs in the seventh to take their first lead of the game. With the bases loaded and no outs, Kyle McCain tripled to tie the game at 7-7 and Tristin English followed with a double to give Georgia Tech an 8-7 lead. The Jackets added one more in seventh on a chopper by Collinr Hall. Hall added another insurance run for the Jackets with a solo homer in the ninth.

Georgia Tech lost to Auburn 6-5 Saturday evening with a three-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to go into the loser’s bracket. Now the Jackets have to beat Auburn twice to advance to the Super Regional. Sunday night’s game at Russ Chandler Stadium in Atlanta is sold out. If Georgia Tech wins Suinday evening the teams will play again Monday afternoon.
