PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Lt. Kenneth Bush, a native of Albany and a flag aide assigned to Naval Medical Forces Atlantic, is pinned to the rank of lieutenant commander by his wife and children during a promotion ceremony on board Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads – Portsmouth Annex on, Nov. 1. Bush has served in the Navy for 26 years as commissioned officer and chief hospital corpsman.
