“There hopefully will never be another SPLOST passed in Dougherty County. The Robert Cross Park and the 4,000-square-foot building just built there prove this is just another way to pass the wealth, a la Obama. A million taxpayer dollars and countless hours worked by the Dougherty County Public Works Department. I hope the media will report who uses this facility.”
