Americans being led down primrose path

Page Two thinks America needs to wake up. It’s obvious from The Squawkbox that many people are uninformed and or ignorant. Where their information comes from is beyond me. One day we will wake up like Poland and wonder what went wrong. With 200-300 years of oppression and a police state looming over our heads, someone needs to get some facts and not gossip at the corner store.
The president and his henchmen have repeatedly broken the U.S. Constitution by invoking powers they don’t have. If re-elected we will be in a socialist state within a year or so, because putting them back into the power-grabbing position they are in now will be a signal that we don’t care. A.G. Holder is a prime example of disobeying our Government and doing what he pleases. Obama’s decision not to pursue. prosecute or deport illegal aliens is, at least, reprehensible, egregious and a total disrespect for the office of the president of the United States.
There are many who are following him like sheep following their leader that has the bell around its neck. They don’t seem to understand that things will change for them the same as it will for everyone else. When they wake up with chains around their neck being led to the will of the oppressors and to slaughter when their usefulness is gone, maybe the word, “Auschwitz” will come to mind. I fear that history is about to repeat itself and the picture I see is not pretty. More Later from Page Two.

Tenants in Albany apartments face eviction
Residents at Cornerstone apartments, located at 608 Moultrie Road, said that eviction notices were placed on the doors of all of the units this week, giving them three days to pay two months’ rent or face being removed in three days. Lee schools move forward with taxpayer credits after tax dispute
The board approved two separate actions during its June business meeting. First, members unanimously adopted an amended rollback rate of 13.539 mills provided by the Lee County Board of Tax Assessors. The board then unanimously approved a resolution directing that the difference in revenue generated by the erroneous rollback rate and the amended rollback rate be returned to taxpayers through a credit applied to 2026 property tax bills.
