LOZANO, Genesis Garcia, daughter, was born on Oct. 14 to Lorena Lozano and Roberto Garcia of Albany.

NEAL, Harlyn Leigh Rose, daughter, was born on Oct. 14 to Erica and Timothy Neal of Albany.
