RECIPE: Cran-Apple BBQ Pulled Turkey Sandwich

Oh, what a delicious way to enjoy your turkey, gravy, and cranberry sauce leftovers. The shredded turkey absorbs the smoky and sweet sauce. You will love this so much, you’ll make it year-round. We can’t wait to make these easy sandwiches again.
Ingredients
- 3 c shredded leftover cooked turkey (chicken or pork)
- 1 lg onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 c cranberry sauce
- 1/3 c chunky applesauce (cinnamon works well)
- 1/4 c turkey gravy (chicken or pork)
- 1/2 c bbq sauce
- 4 Tbsp ketchup
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper
- 4 crusty rolls (or 6-8 small slider rolls)
