RECIPE: Crescent Sausage Casserole

Ok, TWO bricks of cream cheese may sound like a lot to you… and you’d be right! But it’s this healthy amount of cheese that makes this crescent sausage casserole so decadently creamy and rich. Easy to throw together, the hot sausage gives the casserole a punch of flavor but the cream cheese mellows out the spice. Enjoy this casserole for any meal, but it’s really delicious alongside eggs for a nice brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 can crescent rolls (8 oz each)
  • 2 pkg cream cheese, softened (8 oz each)
  • 1 lb bulk hot sausage
  • 1 lb bulk mild sausage
  • 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
