Discussed this and showed freezers to manager, who will develop routine defrost/cleaning/sanitizing schedule for staff to adhere to for the reach-in freezers and remind staff to keep food containers covered when not in use. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Remarks: +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit allowed for thermometer accuracy.
