Remarks: +/- 3 degrees Fahrenheit allowed for thermometer accuracy. Observed condensation in reach-in cooler nearest fryer with Ms. Barnett. She agreed to call to have it serviced.

Remarks: Spoke with PIC about getting signage for hand washing out front. Spoke with PIC about having chemical on EPA list G for cleaning norovirus. Great job remembering to wash hands while changing gloves while being busy.
