Violations: Observed potentially hazardous food (grilled chicken)being held below 135 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC discarded the grill chicken; Corrected On-Site — New Violation. Observed the CFSM certificate not in a location in the food service establishment that is visible to the public. PIC will place the certificate in view — New Violation.
