Remarks: Discussed proper storage of chemicals. Satisfactory for permit. Gave PIC a copy of the employee health policy, food service rules, choking poster, hand-washing signs, vomit/fecal incident clean-up form, and certified food safety manager form.

Observed items that are not functional or no longer used that are still located in the kitchen area. (meat saw, ice machine, dishwasher). Discussed removing items or making them functional again. New Violation. Observed floor tiles in the kitchen that were not attached to the floor. PIC will have tiles grouted again. New Violation. Observed light bulbs in the dry storage area that are not shielded, coated or otherwise shatter resistant. PIC will have light bulbs shielded. New Violation.
