Gave PIC a copy of the food service rules, employee health policy, vomit/fecal incident cleanup form, choking poster, hand washing signs and certified food safety manager course offerings.

Violations: Observed cloths for wiping counters and other surfaces in the facility that were not stored in the proper concentration of quaternary ammonia solution between uses. PIC had employee replace sanitizer at proper concentration. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Observed a broken portion of the HVAC duct hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen due to leaks in the ceiling. PIC has already placed a work order to have roof repaired, and HVAC and ceiling tiles will be repaired. New Violation. Observed light bulb in the walk-in freezer that was not shielded, coated or otherwise shatter resistant. PIC placed a work order to have light shield replaced. New Violation.
