Gave PIC a copy of the food service rules, employee health policy, vomit/fecal incident cleanup form, choking poster, hand washing signs and certified food safety manager course offerings.

Observed a broken portion of the HVAC duct hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen due to leaks in the ceiling. PIC has already placed a work order to have roof repaired, and HVAC and ceiling tiles will be repaired. New Violation. Observed light bulb in the walk-in freezer that was not shielded, coated or otherwise shatter resistant. PIC placed a work order to have light shield replaced. New Violation.
