Repeat Violation.

Violations: Observed no documentation for a certified food safety manager to ensure that food safety is being managed during all hours of operation. PIC stated an employee is scheduled to take the class on April 10. New Violation. Correct by June 1. Observed hot dogs on the hot dog warmer that were not covered with a lid due to warmer no longer having a lid. PIC will have warmer lid replaced. New Violation. Observed single-use articles in the dry storage closed that were not stored at least 6 inches above the floor. PIC will discuss proper storage with employees. New Violation.
Remarks: A new CFSM must be obtained within 60 days. Discussed keeping hand sinks supplied with paper towels. Discussed that satellite concession stands and the second concession stand up front are no longer being used.
