Violations: Observed several hot holding food containers uncovered when not in use. Discussed with CFSM. CFSM to ensure that items are kept covered and to educate staff. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Observed chips not in their original container kept in food containers unlabeled. Discussed with CFSM and he had staff label them. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
Remarks: +/- 3 degrees Fahrenheit allowed for thermometer accuracy.

Violations: Observed no individual, disposable towels at the hand-washing sink. PIC placed paper towels at the hand-washing sink. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. Observed no supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap at the hand-washing sink. PIC supplied hand-sink with soap. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. Observed interior of ice machine not clean to sight and touch. PIC will have ice machine washed and sanitized. New Violation. Correct by March 19.
