PIC will have kitchen cleaned thoroughly. New Violation. Observed trapped pests that were not removed from control devices at a frequency to prevent their accumulation. PIC will have pests removed. Remarks: + or – 3 degrees allowed for thermometer accuracy. A hand-washing sink will need to be installed for convenient employee hand washing. A Certified Food Safety Manager must be obtained within 60 days. The kitchen area needs a thorough cleaning, and all sinks should be functioning. Inspection reports, permit, and choking poster must be posted within patron view.
