Violations: Observed ready-to-eat tomatoes, lettuce and cheese all above 41 degrees F in prep top cooler. PIC discarded all food out of temp. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. Previous inspection was not posted for public view. New Violation.

Remarks: Discussed with PIC getting prep-top cooler repaired and keeping all foods in refrigerator until unit is repaired. Commended PIC on job well done on correcting issues
