Violations: Observed drink machine nozzles not clean to sight and touch. PIC will have nozzles washed and sanitized. Repeat Violation. Correct by Sept. 24. Observed scoop with handle stored in food with the handle in contact with the food. PIC removed the handle and emptied container. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
