CFSM stated that she did not have a copy machine available but she did show me Sept. 10 Astro Exterminator invoice. She stated that they come monthly. CSFM to call exterminator requesting a visit and treatment ASAP. Food particles to be swept routinely and placed inside trash can to avoid attracting insects. New Violation.
