Violations: Observed TCS food not maintained at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above. PIC reheated TCS food (burger). Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Observed dead insects not removed from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation. PIC will have dead insects removed from premises. New Violation.
TOWNEPLACE SUITES BY MARRIOTT-FOOD SERVICE, 3014 Kensington Court

Violations: Observed no hand-drying provision at the hand sink in the kitchen. Paper towels nor key to the paper towel dispenser had been provided to Food Service Personnel. CFSM to speak to their Supervisor in order to have paper towels and key to paper towel holder available to them or at least to paper towels themselves to place beside sink. New Violation. Observed plastic single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. CFSM to discard the utensils and redisplay new ones in handle-up position. Observed bowls not positioned in order to prevent contamination and hand-lip contact. CFSM to wash, rinse and sanitize bowls, allow to air dry and place inverted and educate other food service staff. New Violation.
