Isn’t it nice that our government can give us $10 million for COVID so we can say “Shazam” and use it to build an aircraft hanger we hope will bring in quail hunters?
Brian Kemp is quite the con man. He (and Chris Carr and Raffensperger) use every opportunity to complain about the current administration’s policies and then turn around and brag about the money “they” got from the federal government. Pretty much two-faced politics at its worst.
If I were you, I wouldn’t bet my house on the idea that blacks are responsible for the numerous Heard squawks. But if you really want to, I’ll take your bet.
A quiet man is usually a thinking man. A quiet woman is usually mad.
It’s sad when our local officials toss away a large amount of federal funding on unwanted and unneeded projects when there are so many other things that could actually benefit the community. We have no business people on any local commissions.
To those insurance and pension actuaries: I am old and in the way, and I am here to stay. So keep the checks coming.
I swore off this forum because of all the liberal bull that is printed here daily, but I am amazed that a reputable publication would allow these deluded individuals to continue to speak ill of our True President. As the people of Iowa showed, he will be returned to office. No one can cheat him out of it this time.
Many people fail to recognize opportunity because it comes disguised as work.
Equality man: Two years in this forum= with blinders on your head has deprived you of many true facts from the Wall Street Journal, the OMB, the Justice Department, CBP, and the AJC. Fletcher has fairly printed them; you just refuse to open your eyes to the truth.
In my experience, the “lack of common sense” is not an issue. Those that supposedly lack common sense have chosen to do as they please and count on others to see the behavior as a lack of common sense. Don’t give them immunity; provide accountability instead.
One of the funniest things I’ve heard someone say: Lorenzo Heard is a “man of God.” I guess I should ask “What god?”
Thank goodness. We only give the legislature 40 days to “screw, tattoo, and powder” us, as the saying goes. Could be much worse.
The kids who are putting on “Frozen Jr.” are amazing. I can’t get over how well they’ve performed so far. Ms. Knuckles, you and your crew have done a great job of getting these kids ready to give their best.
How did we survive? Our mothers wiped our faces with handkerchiefs and spit instead of antibacterial wipes.
Like Hunter Biden, I am in contempt of Congress. Sorry, I meant I have contempt for Congress.
Trump says he wants to be a dictator. No response from Republicans. He then says he wants the economy to crash. Again, no response. This lack of response proves Republicans are hate-filled cowards afraid to anger Trump or his low self-esteem, underachieving, miserable life leading base. Signed, Yours Truly
