I see where the governor has given six rural counties $9 million to help accelerate development of industrial sites. Dade, Peach, Dodge, Screven, Liberty and Glynn, but no Dougherty, Calhoun etc. Yep, just keep sending Democrats to Atlanta to represent these counties and voting for Democratic candidates for governor.

I can feel the shift alright, “True President” squawker, but it’s our democracy shifting to a dictatorship.

I was disappointed with the Herald’s coverage of the Christmas parade. Just one out-of-focus picture on the front page? And what happened to coverage of the Lee parade? You guys are slipping.

Thank you, Albany Herald for article about Monarch butterflies in the Outdoors section of the paper.  Everyone plant native milkweed. Their survival depends on this.

I shared the “leg lamp” story in The Herald with friends from out of town. They loved it, wanted to meet the Allens. I must say, that’s one of the most fun stories I’ve read in the paper in some time.

Come on, Fletcher, what is it with these two new guys and their editorials? Michael Ferguson and someone new named Larry Simmons getting one-third of a page to tell your readers how great they are, what all they have accomplished. Albany has plenty of social workers and community organizers.

Come on, Albany Tech and Albany Herald: You have a story about a group at ATC becoming the state’s first cohort to complete a program, and you can’t even feature their names? That’s shoddy.

You Democrats better start looking for somewhere else to sell your bull; when the True President takes over he’s going to clean house. Nothing but the best and brightest in his administration.

Trump stole the election! Stop the steal! Stop the steal! There should be an uprising, but it appears Democrats are content to let this evil man steal our highest office. He should be in jail … Lock him up! Lock him up!

Silly liberal Squawker, didn’t you see the nationwide vote count? Patriotic Americans of all races, creeds and colors are back and determined to stamp out the tyrannical liberal left-wing takeover of the Democratic Party. Trailer Park Tammy is busy organizing veterans to clean up the VA once and for all.

Those poor communities in Calhoun County can’t get a break. A large insurance company files for bankruptcy, leaving them with a $52,000 shortfall. Sounds like that company used the Trump model of business … buy it, use it, file for bankruptcy and don’t pay for it. What a crazy world. 

How does the average voter feel about abortion? Murder of unborn children? We must save the unborn? How about mass murderers killing over a dozen kids with an AR-15? Aw, so sad. The families have our thoughts and prayers. That Man Without a Family 

As 2024 winds down, I think one of the most important — and saddest — stories of the year is Tripp Morgan’s attempt to fleece taxpayers out of their money while he used a city-financed facility to entertain his rich friends. He should be in jail with his mentor, Trump.
