Accused Terrell County armed robber in custody

Russ has been charged with two armed robbery counts, two aggravated assault counts and a burglary count all stemming from a Terrell County incident.
He’s also been charged with violating his probation by Dougherty County authorities and may be subject to additional charges for ongoing investigations in Albany.
