Kenneth Curtis Hewett, Sr. is a 46-year-old black male who is 5 feet 7 and weighs 181 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes and has numerous tattoos on his arms. Hewett has various known addresses in Albany that he frequents, including locations on the 800 block of Corn Avenue, 2200 block of Sylvester Road, 900 block of Oakdale Court, 200 block of North Mock Road and 1400 block of South Jackson Street. He is known to operate a white 2004 Chevrolet Impala with Georgia license plate PEN7275. He has active arrest warrants for parole violation and probation violation.
