He has black hair, brown eyes, and numerous tattoos (“RIP Carl,” “Brother in Christ” and “Wanda” on his left arm; “RIP David,” “Waste of Time,” “Avery” on his right arm; “Dog” on his chest; “GOD SON” on his abdomen, and “Angel,” “#1 Mom” on his left leg.)
Sinclair’s last known addresses are 1100 block of Gillespie Avenue and 1200 block Kingstown Court, both in Albany.
He has active arrest warrants for failure to register as sex offender, simple assault — family violence, criminal trespass, and probation violation.
