His last known addresses in Dougherty County are in the 500 block of South Van Buren Street, in the 300 block of Wells Avenue and in the 1900 block of West Highland Avenue, all in Albany. Solomon has five active arrest warrants in Dougherty County for two counts of probation violation, civil contempt — child support, simple battery — family violence and battery — family violence.
