The department scores on a 100-point scale with a score of 80 or greater considered passing. Businesses and agencies inspected are required to post score sheets where the public can see them. Notes: Observed no CFSM obtained for facility. Advise PIC that he will have six weeks to obtain. New Violation; Observed no written copy of the employee health policy and PIC was not able to name any of the symptoms and illnesses. Will mail PIC a copy of the employee health policy. New Violation; Observed no soap at the hand sink in the front of the kitchen. PIC placed soap at the hand sink. Corrected On-Site. New Violation; Observed potentially hazardous foods being held above 41 degrees Fahrenheit in the walk in cooler. PIC turned the temperature down on the cooler and items began to cool. Corrected On-Site. New Violation; Observed scoops stored with the handle down in the food products in the ice bin and flour bin. PIC stored scoop with the handle up. Corrected On-Site. Notes: Observed yogurt cold held on salad bar at 45 degrees F. COS-PIC had employee discard yogurt. Corrected On-Site. New Violation; Observed dressing stored in WIC at 49 degrees F. Dressing was prepped previous day and placed in cooler yesterday afternoon per PIC. Dressing is above 41 degrees F after more than 6 hours cooling time. COS-PIC had employee discard dressing.
