Notes: Observed fume hood needs cleaning. PIC will inform the owner. Repeat Violation; Observed that the toilet in the men’s restroom is out of order. A plumber is scheduled to come to repair to toilet today. New Violation; Observed the walls in the walk in cooler have a buildup of a mold-like substance. PIC will have the walls cleaned. New Violation; Observed a build up of dust on the vent and light fixtures near the three compartment sink. Discussed establishing a cleaning schedule to keep the dust from building up with PIC. New Violation; Observed pest activity near the three compartment sink. PIC stated pest control was completed 2 days ago. PIC will advise owner and contact pest control provider. New Violation.
