Person in charge discarded rice and notified to discard macaroni and cheese. Person in charge put ice on the chicken to cool it down and called the refrigerator service provider to repair. The rice was discarded. New Violation; Observed condensate drainage from reach in refrigerator dripping on wrapped individual cooking portions of chicken livers and gizzards stored in containers.
