Albany Area YMCA kicks off 2022 support campaign

ALBANY — The Albany Area YMCA held its official kickoff event for the Y’s 2022 annual Support Campaign over the weekend.

The Support Campaign is designed to provide scholarship funds to allow community access to YMCA facilities and programs for reduced rates. With a campaign goal of $138,000, YMCA officials say they hope to offer 100 scholarships in the areas of after-school and summer camp care, sports and aquatics programming, and memberships for both individuals and families.
