Untarius Marquel Shelton (aka “Insane”) is a 33-year-old black male, 5 feet 9, 170 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a gold tooth and numerous tattoos. Shelton has a joker tattoo on the right side of his neck, a clown tattoo on the left side of his neck, and tattoos on both arms and chest. His last known address is in the 1600 block of Mobile Avenue in Albany. He has active arrest warrants for probation violation, kidnapping, armed robbery and possession of firearm during commission of certain crimes.
