Albany-Dougherty County Police, EMS and Fire calls – Nov. 27, 2014

ALBANY POLICE — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 25 calls from Tuesday through early Wednesday morning. Some of the incidents included:

— Criminal trespass on the 1200 block of Catalina Lane and the 1500 block of Whiting Drive.

— Entering auto on the 300 block of South Mock Road.

— Theft by taking on the 800 block of West Whitney Avenue, the 1000 block of Summit Drive, the 2000 block of Doncaster Drive and the 1000 block of West Gordon Avenue.

— Burglary on the 2300 block of Pradera Court, the 300 block of Carriage Lane, the 2400 block of Stuart Avenue and the 300 block of South Mock Road.

— Forgery on the 100 block of North Westover Boulevard.

— Deceased person on the 2100 block of Whispering Pines Road.

— Disorderly conduct on the 2400 block of Sylvester Road and the 2000 block of Stuart Avenue.

— Shoplifting on the 2600 block of Dawson Road.

— Probation violation on the 500 block of Flint Avenue

— Simple Battery on the 800 block of North Jackson Street and the 1000 block of Blakely Court.

— Prowling on the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard.

DOUGHERTY POLICE — The Dougherty County Police Department responded to 18 calls Tuesday. Among the incidents were:

— Family violence on the 4400 block of Jimmy Goff Road, 4800 block of Impala Lane, the 2800 block of Barnaby Drive and the 1200 block of Sweetwater Avenue.

— Vehicle accident on the 3100 block of Spring Flats Road, the 3800 block of Clark Avenue, the 4400 block of Sylvester Road and the 700 block of the Liberty Expressway.

— Wanted person on the 4800 block of Mustang Drive.

ALBANY FIRE — The Albany Fire Department responded to 11 calls from 8 a.m. Tuesday to 8 a.m. Wednesday. Among the calls were:

— EMS call on the 2100 block of Whispering Pines Road.

— Alarm activation on the 2400 block of Harvey Road, the 4400 block of Nichols Street,the 41 block of Holly Drive, the 1300 block of Oak Ridge Drive, the 2000 block of Doncaster Drive, and the 1300 block of West Oak Ridge Drive

— Overheated motor on the 4800 block of Impala Lane.

— Smoke scare on the 5100 block of Grandview Drive.

DOUGHERTY EMS — The Dougherty County Emergency Management Service responded to 73 various calls on Tuesday. There were 54 medical and 19 trauma calls.

The majority of the medical calls included 13 respiratory issues, nine miscellaneous pain calls, three seizures, two cardiac arrest and one each faint, altered mental status and diabetic issue. There were 20 other various medical calls.

The 19 trauma calls included 12 victims of auto accidents, four falls and two assault victims.
