Albany-Dougherty Police/Fire/EMS reports, April 8 – 9, 2015

Officials say that around 4 p.m. Lula Stevenson, 89, of Albany had been traveling south on Moultrie Road in a white Ford Taurus before she turned left onto Mock Road and collided with the semi headed north on Moultrie Road. Stevenson was transported by Dougherty EMS to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, with complaints of an injured right forearm, officials say. DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 11 calls on Wednesday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Family violence on the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard;
— Deceased person on the 1300 block of Floyd Street;
— Entering auto on the 200 block of Holly Drive;
— Criminal trespass on the 1400 block of Hancock Road;
— Burglary on the 4800 block of Mustang Drive;
— Hit and run on the 200 block of Holly Drive;
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 10 incidents Wednesday, available reports show. Incidents included arching electrical equipment, unauthorized burning, alarm system activations, EMS call and medical assists to EMS.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 71 incidents on Wednesday, available reports show. Incidents included three miscellaneous pain complaints, three seizures, four chest pain complaints, seven respiratory issues, two mental health issues, two altered mental status calls, one cardiac arrest, one diabetic issue and 25 various medical calls.
Trauma calls included 14 auto accident victims, three assaults and one laceration.
