ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 10 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Theft by shoplifting on the 200 block of Cordele Road;
— Theft by taking on the 800 block of North Davis Street and the 1200 block of East Society Avenue;
— Theft of lost of mislaid property on the 2000 block of Stratford Drive;
— Criminal trespass on the 300 block of East Oakridge Drive;
— Battery on the 800 block of Cedar Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 1100 block of West Broad Avenue;
— Burglary on the 500 block of Swift Street;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 900 block of Willie Pitts Jr. Drive;
— Wanted person on the 1500 block of North Monroe Street.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 18 calls on Wednesday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Juvenile problem on the 300 block of South Westover Boulevard;
— Suspicious person on the 300 block of South Westover Boulevard,
— Theft by taking on the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard;
— Missing person on the 1000 block of Butternut Avenue;
— Unwanted guest on the 2300 block of Sanborn Avenue and the 2300 block of Liberty Expressway;
— Suspicious auto on the 400 block of Lovers Lane Road;
— Terroristic threats on the 2000 block of Nelms Road;
— Loud music on the 400 block of Dunbar Lane.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least nine incidents on Wednesday, available reports show. Incidents included unauthorized burning, medical assists to EMS, shorted electrical equipment, alarm system activations, dumpster fire, overheated motor and a water leak.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 65 incidents on Wednesday, available reports show. Incidents included four seizures, eight miscellaneous pain calls, two chest pain complaints, one cardiac arrest, four altered mental health issues, one stroke, 10 respiratory issues, one fainting and two mental health issues.
Trauma calls included seven falls, one laceration case and three auto accident victims.
