ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 30 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Theft by shoplifting on the 2600 block of Dawson Road, the 300 block of South Slappey Boulevard and the 2000 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Criminal trespass on the 100 block of Westcott Lane, the 200 block of Cordele Road, the 400 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 2800 block of Palmyra Road, the 800 block of West Lincoln Avenue and the 500 block of 8th Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 300 block of 6th Avenue and the 700 block of Radium Springs Road;
— Wanted person on the 2200 block of Little John Lane;
— Armed robbery on the 700 block of Radium Springs Road and the 200 block of Kalmon Avenue;
— Aggravated assault on the 600 block of Sands Drive;
— Robbery by sudden snatching on the 400 block of Heard Avenue;
— Burglary on the 2200 block of East Broad Avenue, the 2200 block of Habersham Road, the 2200 block of Lullwater Road, the 900 block of 10th Avenue, the 2700 block of Whispering Pines, the 1200 block of East 1st Avenue, the 600 block of Burke Avenue, the 400 block of Louis Avenue and the 1600 block of Malone Drive;
— Theft by taking on the 2200 block of East Broad Avenue and the 3900 block of Rodnor Forest Lane;
— Forgery on the 2400 block of Beachview Drive;
— Unruly child on the 10 block of Dobbs Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 28 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Assist to motorist on the 5900 block of Gillionville Road and the 500 block of Pine Bluff Road;
— Suspicious person on the 900 block of Parrish Lane, the 3600 block of Sylvester Highway, the 3100 block of Sylvester Highway and the intersection of Nelms Road and Liberty Expressway;
— Dog bite on the 400 block of Holly Drive;
— Inhumane treatment of an animal on the 100 block of Honeysuckle Drive;
— Auto accident with injuries at the intersection of Sylvester Highway and Acree Avenue;
— Auto accident on the 300 block of Woodridge Court;
— Theft by taking on the 1900 block of Weymouth Drive;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 2400 block of Liberty Expressway;
— Entering auto on the 2400 block of Regina Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 14 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports show. Incidents included public service, alarm activations, burning wire insulation, extrication of victims from vehicle, an EMS call, smoke removal, an outside trash fire, unauthorized burning and a kitten rescue.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 60 various medical calls on Tuesday, available reports show. Incidents included three miscellaneous pain complaints, four respiratory issues, three altered mental status calls, four mental health issues, two seizures, two faintings, three chest pain complaints, two OB/labor issue, three diabetic calls and 22 various medical issues.
Trauma calls included seven auto accident victims, six falls and one laceration.
