Albany drive-by shooting suspect captured

ALBANY — Alfarus James Clay, 43, wanted for four counts of aggravated assault, violation of street gang terrorism and prevention and criminal solicitation was arrested Thursday and transported to the Dougherty County jail, officials say. A media-based lookout for Clay was posted last week.

Dougherty County police officials believe Clay was the gunman in a drive-by shooting at 3341 Twin Flower Road on Dec. 13.
