ALBANY – A suspect in a Monday break-in at an Albany restaurant and two other locations was taken into custody near the scene by investigating officers.
Officers arrived at 506 N. Jefferson St., in the vicinity of the burglaries that occurred at the 520 N. Jefferson St. Bread House and at 314 Tift Ave., and located Keith Brandon Pulver, according to the Albany Police Department.
While police were at the scene, a second man ran down an alleyway, and after a chase on foot officers captured Bradley Lamar Jordan. He told officers that there were outstanding warrants for his arrest.
During a search of the bags Jordan was carrying, officers found a Colt .32-caliber revolver and items stolen from Uncle Roberts Motor Cars, police said.
Pulver, 44, was charged with three counts of burglary.
Jordan was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, giving false name, obstruction of an officer and theft by receiving stolen property. He also has outstanding warrants in Lee County for financial card theft and fraud.
